Common questions
Will JaCamp book the campground for me?
No. JaCamp provides booking support, translation help, and reservation guidance. You complete the reservation in your own name and pay the campground or booking platform directly.
What does the $100 Booking Assistance fee cover?
It covers one supported booking attempt for one campground, including pre-checks, translation help, and one backup option if your first pick is unavailable. It does not include the campsite cost itself.
When should I choose Trip Planning instead?
Choose Trip Planning if you do not know which campground fits your trip yet, need a shortlist, or want route and activity planning in addition to booking help.
What if the campground only accepts phone bookings?
I will flag that before you commit and suggest alternatives where possible. If a site is realistically too difficult to reserve without Japanese, I will tell you that directly rather than forcing a bad fit.
